Deep Sleep Technologies Raises €2M to turn neuroscience into scalable sleep solutions

Deep Sleep Technologie has raised €2 million to accelerate development and commercialization of its patented neurostimulation platform.

This funding marks a significant step toward our goal of becoming the global leader in real-time, active sleep enhancement: serving both the wellness and clinical performance markets. The investment round was led by a strategic group of angel investors with proven expertise in scaling deep tech ventures internationally. With their support, DeepSleep will expand product development, clinical validation, and seamless integration into existing wearable ecosystems.

From passive tracking to active improvement

At the heart of DeepSleep’s innovation is its ability to detect and modulate brain activity in real time, enhancing deep sleep through precisely timed, non-invasive acoustic stimulation. Unlike conventional sleep tech that only tracks data, DeepSleep actively intervenes at the neurophysiological level to improve sleep quality directly.

“Most sleep tech tells you how you slept. We’re building technology that helps you sleep better,” says Marc Feitsma, co-founder and CEO. “This funding helps us move faster toward embedding our solution in consumer wearables while building evidence for broader health, performance, and therapeutic applications.”

Science at scale

The technology is built on over 12 years of academic research and is currently being tested through at-home studies and international collaborations. Next steps include clinical trials, deeper product integration, and a global commercial rollout across consumer wellness and healthcare markets. The solution will undergo further rigorous testing and development in close collaboration with the DeepSleep Pioneers: our early users whose insights and feedback help shape the product into something truly impactful.
