How can you participate?
Deep Sleep Technologies is recruiting participants for a new laboratory study investigating how targeted acoustic stimulation delivered through wearable technology influences brain activity during sleep.
Participants will spend two non-consecutive nights at the Sleep Lab, University of Amsterdam, where sound stimulation will be delivered through a wearable device while brain activity and sleep are recorded using gold-standard high-density electroencephalography (EEG).
By combining wearable technology with advanced sleep measurements, this research aims to better understand the effects of acoustic stimulation on the sleeping brain and evaluate wearable sleep technology against established laboratory methods.
We are currently looking for healthy sleepers aged 18–35 to take part. Participants who complete both overnight sessions will receive €150 in compensation.
