Acoustic Stimulation During Sleep
This sleep laboratory study investigates how the sleeping brain responds to subtle, non-arousing sounds during the night. Participants' sleep will be measured using standard polysomnography. This research aims to improve our understanding of the relationship between sound stimulation and sleep physiology, contributing to the development of future sleep technologies and interventions.

How can you participate?
Deep Sleep Technologies is conducting a sleep laboratory study investigating how the sleeping brain responds to subtle, non-arousing sounds presented throughout the night. Participants will spend two non-consecutive nights in our sleep laboratory while sleep is measured using standard polysomnography.
This research will help improve our understanding of the relationship between sound stimulation and sleep physiology, contributing to the development of more effective sleep technologies and interventions.
We are currently seeking healthy sleepers aged 18 to 30 years to participate in this study. Participation involves two non-consecutive overnight visits to the Sleep & Memory Lab in Amsterdam and is compensated with €70 upon completion of both study nights. Recruitment for this study is expected to open soon.
