Are you interested in human sleep, neuroscience, and EEG? Are you flexible and available to work unconventional hours (evenings, nights, weekends)? If so, we are looking for several tech-savvy Research Assistants to support ongoing and upcoming sleep studies. Our studies take place in the sleep lab of the University of Amsterdam and combine high-density EEG and wearable sleep trackers with our closed-loop auditory stimulation protocol.
Duties include participant setup (EEG capping and/or other device preparation), overnight stays with or without live monitoring of brain signals, and administrative tasks surrounding participant, lab, and data management. Depending on skills and interest, there is a possibility to take on additional analytic duties.
You will have the unique opportunity to be at the forefront of world wide sleep science innovation at Deep Sleep Technologies. Building on the momentum from our CES 2025 debut and the significant public and industry attention we’ve garnered, you will play a key role in transitioning our breakthrough technology from the lab to the consumer market—and beyond. If you are passionate about sleep science and eager to contribute to innovative projects with tangible societal impact, we invite you to apply.
Please send your motivation letter and curriculum vitae—including details of your Bachelor’s and Master’s programs, and the names and contact information of two references—to careers@fordeepsleep.com. Please submit your applications before 1 November.
The selection of eligible candidates will take place during week 45 (3–7 November). All candidates will receive further information about the next steps at that time.
Join us as we revolutionize health and well-being at Deep Sleep Technologies! We look forward to your application.
